•All prices displayed on our website are in INR and inclusive of GST.We reserve the right to modify product prices, availability, designs, and specifications at any time without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate product information, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
•Order Cancellation
•Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted. To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email us at info.nineteens@gmail.com or whatsapp us with your order ID.

•Returns & Refunds

•We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions.Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via the original payment method, while COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer upon providing the necessary details.
•Please note:
•Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
•In the case of a damaged or defective product, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and videos.
