Refund policy
•At Nineteen’s, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
•We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, you must request it within this 7-day window from the date of Delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers can choose to return eligible products and receive a refund based on the conditions mentioned below.
•To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are accepted from the date of delivery in the following cases:
•If the customer receives a wrong product
•If the product is damaged or defective , If the customer faces a size issue(handled through refund only, no exchange)
*Uh-oh —if your package shows up looking rough or your product’s damaged, hit us up within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos and videos at info.nineteens@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 9076022219 . So we can fix it for you.Once approved, you can return it for a refund. No damage proof after 48 hours of delivery = no action, because even we can’t fight courier ninjas after that.
•Modes of Return
For customer convenience
•If the customer receives a wrong product
•If the product is damaged or defective , If the customer faces a size issue we will arrange a return pickup from your address within 2–3 days of delivery. However, please note that return pickup is chargeable and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. The pickup charges will be communicated to you at the time of the return request approval.
•In cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered, return pickup charges will be waived after proper verification by our team.
•Refund Process & Timeline
•Once the returned product is picked up, received, and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 7-14working days.
•For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
•For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer as per the details provided by the customer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders, a ₹79 processing and logistics fee is applicable. In the event of an RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or if a return is initiated for personal reasons (such as not liking the product), ₹79 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
This fee is non-refundable, as it covers and return shipping, handling, and processing costs.
Any remaining amount, after deduction of ₹79, will be refunded to the customer in accordance with our refund timelines.
